Admin tools Purchased Bumper resource but not available for download?

Title says it all.
Bought the Bumper resource for my TV site and never received the download option.
This was purchased via my business PayPal.

-- Issue was fixed. I see the download link is emailed, not unlocked on-site.
THIS THREAD CAN BE CLOSED.
